Toni Hodder
Hi, I'm Toni! I started Hodder Sparkle & Shine in Sylvan Lake in August 2024 with one simple goal: to be the cleaning company people can actually count on. That means being honest, keeping my promises, and treating every home, every client and every one of our cleaners with kindness and respect.

Meet Gracie, powered by Red Bull!
Every morning starts the same way for Gracie: a cold Red Bull, then off to make Blackfalds and Lacombe homes shine.
Her favourite room? The kitchen! Counters, stovetops, sinks... she loves bringing it all back to sparkling.
Off the clock, she's usually hanging out with her sister, and her favourite part of working at HSS is the people she works with.
Meet Jessica!
If you're in Sylvan Lake, there's a good chance Jessica is the one making your home sparkle!
When she's not cleaning for our clients, you'll find her playing video games... or cleaning her own house. (Yes, really. She loves it that much!)
Her favourite room to clean is the bathroom, and what she loves about HSS is the people she works with, and that satisfied feeling after a good clean.
Meet Kimberly, Rocky's resident Batman fan!
Not every hero wears a cape... some carry a duster! Kimberly collects all kinds of Batman gear, and on the job she's a superhero for busy Rocky Mountain House families.
Her favourite room is the living room, "the one room families use the most!"
Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with her family, and what she loves most about HSS is the flexibility it gives her as a mom.
Meet Alayna!
One of our amazing cleaners! Off the clock, Alayna loves learning new art mediums, and her favourite downtime is playing video games with her family.
Her favourite room to clean? Bathrooms, because they give the BEST before and afters.
Her favourite part of the job is the flexible hours. In her words, "a typical 9 to 5 would be the end of me!"
