Kitchen
- Inside every cupboard and drawer
- Inside the fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and microwave
- Fridge and stove pulled out, with the sides and floor behind them cleaned
- Range hood and filter degreased
- Baseboards and kick plates scrubbed
Bathrooms
- Soap scum and hard water build-up removed
- Grout lines scrubbed
- Toilet inside and out, plus behind and around the sides
- Inside cabinets and drawers
- Exhaust fan cleaned
Every room
- Window sills and tracks
- Doors, frames, light switches and outlets
- Light fixtures and ceiling fans
- Walls spot-washed
- Inside closets: shelves, rods and floor
Before you hand over the keys
Take photos of every room once it's clean. Our team does this on every move-out and reports any damage or stains that didn't lift, so you have a record for your landlord.
